Support dealerships with title and registration questions by phone, email, and in-person visits. Provide guidance on compliance, accuracy, and process improvements. Work within state systems (MNDRIVE, Vitu, DLRdmv, etc.) and HubSpot CRM. Travel occasionally to client dealerships to deliver hands‑on support. What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills (clear, professional, and approachable). Attention to detail – accuracy is everything. A growth mindset – you’re eager to learn and take on new challenges. Tech confidence (comfortable navigating multiple systems). 1–2 years in customer service, administration, or a role with deadlines + accuracy requirements. Your Growth Path
