Commercial Lines Account Executive
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Commercial Lines Account Executive
to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing an assigned book of business, ensuring exceptional client service, and supporting the renewal process for a diverse portfolio of accounts, including Real Estate, Hospitality, Manufacturing, and Non‑Profit organizations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial lines insurance, a proactive approach to account management, and a commitment to excellence.
Compensation Package
Salary: Up to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Benefits: Full benefits package provided
Work Environment: Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) after training; full-time in-office during training
Equipment: Company‑provided equipment for remote work
Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of an assigned book of business, including:
Invoicing
Claims reporting and follow-up
Premium breakdowns
Policy changes and reviews
Coverage comparisons
Responding to policy-related inquiries
Assist in the renewal process for assigned and prospective clients, including:
Ordering updated loss information
Obtaining and reviewing updated client information
Handling renewal applications and marketing
Facilitating renewal pricing and preparing proposals and binders
Identifying opportunities for account rounding
Collaborate with producers and team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Qualifications/Requirements
Experience: 7-10+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance
Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; professional designations preferred
Technical Skills: Proficiency with AMS software preferred but not required
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Work Style: Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
