Director of Staffing Sales
U.S. (Remote/Hybrid)
$85,000- $110,000+ Base + Uncapped Commission
We're partnering with a rapidly growing staffing firm that is expanding its U.S. footprint following a successful market launch. The Role We're seeking a driven Director of Staffing Sales who thrives in a pure hunting role. This is a true individual contributor position focused on new business development within key verticals including Light Industrial, Administrative/Clerical, Call Center, and Life Sciences.
What You'll Do
Drive new business by identifying, targeting, and closing new client partnerships.
Build and grow a strong pipeline through proactive outreach and market engagement.
Develop customized staffing solutions for clients across core verticals.
Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Contribute insights to leadership around market trends and growth opportunities.

Proven success in staffing sales (hunter mentality required).
Experience within Light Industrial, Admin/Clerical, Call Center, and/or Life Sciences staffing.
Strong track record of generating new business and exceeding revenue targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, build-as-you-go environment.
Self-starter who doesn't rely on inbound leads or existing accounts.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
High-growth environment with significant runway in the U.S. market.
Highly competitive, uncapped commission structure.
Direct impact on company growth and strategy.
Flexibility and autonomy to build your territory your way.
Collaborative, no-red-tape culture.
If you're a true hunter who wants to build something meaningful and be rewarded for it, this is the kind of role where you can make a name for yourself.
