Food Service Sales Rep.
**Summary**
A growing food manufacturer is seeking a bilingual (Japanese/English) Food Service Sales Representative to expand its presence in the U.S. foodservice market. This role will focus on developing new operator accounts, strengthening relationships with distributors, and driving sales growth within the Japanese and Asian restaurant segments.The ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience in the U.S. foodservice or restaurant industry and familiarity with working alongside distributors and restaurant operators.**Essential Duties**
・Develop new operator accounts in target segments such as sushi/Japanese restaurants, rice-based concepts, and ramen
oodle shops
・Partner with distributor buyers and sales teams to support product registration, promotions, demonstrations, and training initiatives
・Represent the company at industry events, including the NRA Show and regional trade exhibitions
・Gather and share market intelligence, including competitor products, pricing trends, merchandising strategies, and emerging food trends
・Track and manage key performance indicators such as sales growth, distribution expansion, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy
**Working Hours, Working style**
9:00-17:30
*Hybrid working style

$72-100K

**Qualifications**
**Must-Have**
・Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese
・Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the U.S. food service or restaurant industry
・Experience working with distributors (U.S. or Japanese) or restaurant chain headquarters
・Understanding of kitchen operations and food ingredients
・Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce or Dynamics) and Microsoft 365
・Ability to travel nationwide and a valid driver's license
・U.S. work authorization
・Bachelor’s degree
**Preferred Qualifications**
・Experience collaborating with menu development, R&D, or operations teams at restaurant chains
・Knowledge or network within ramen
oodle concepts, Asian cuisine, or QSR/foodservice markets
・Experience in pricing strategy and contract negotiations
・Strong analytical and data-driven sales skills
