Senior Business Development Director – AML & KYC Solutions New York, NY (Hybrid) Overview

We are partnering with a high-growth, technology-led financial services provider looking to appoint a

Senior Business Development Director

to lead expansion across the US market. This is a senior, revenue-generating role focused on selling

AML and KYC solutions

to regulated financial institutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving new business, building strategic relationships, and shaping the go-to-market strategy across banks, fintechs, asset managers, and other regulated entities. Key Responsibilities

Drive

new business acquisition

across the US, targeting regulated firms (banks, fintechs, broker-dealers, payments firms, etc.) Own the full sales cycle from

prospecting through to close Develop and execute a

strategic sales plan

aligned with revenue targets Build and maintain

C-level relationships

(Chief Compliance Officers, Heads of Financial Crime, Risk leaders) Position AML/KYC solutions effectively, articulating value around

compliance, efficiency, and risk mitigation Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to refine

market positioning and proposition Represent the firm at

industry events, conferences, and client meetings Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting Requirements

Proven track record of

selling AML, KYC, or financial crime technology solutions Strong experience selling into

regulated financial institutions across the US Demonstrated success in

closing complex, high-value deals Deep understanding of

regulatory frameworks

(e.g. BSA/AML, FATF, US compliance landscape) Established network within

compliance, risk, or financial crime functions Highly commercial, with a strategic mindset and hands-on sales approach Based in or willing to work from
