Role Description This is a full time role for a Financial Director located in Tampa, FL, with the flexibility to work remotely for a portion of the time. The Financial Director will oversee financial planning activities, monitor and prepare financial statements, and produce accurate financial reports. Additional responsibilities include analyzing financial data, offering strategic recommendations for decision-making, and ensuring the organization’s financial health. Collaboration with other teams and stakeholders is a key requirement of this position.
Qualifications
Expertise in Financial Planning and the ability to provide strategic financial guidance
Strong understanding of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
Sharp Analytical Skills with a comprehensive knowledge of Finance
Experience in preparing and analyzing budgets, forecasts, and business strategy reports
Proficiency in financial software and strong numerical aptitude
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; relevant certifications like CPA or CFA are a plus and must have Security license 7 & 66
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage, mentor, and collaborate with teams
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and best accounting ans investment practices
