
Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to sell health and medical supplies to school districts, Head Start programs, and community agencies. This early-career B2B role (1-3 years of experience) is mostly office-based with periodic travel, including 5-7 overnight stays in Texas and California every 4-6 weeks. Strong relationship-building and a consultative sales approach are essential.
What You’ll Do
Engage in consistent outbound activity—about 200 calls per week—to grow the customer base and strengthen connections with current clients.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals to decision‑makers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Maintain CRM records and track sales activity.
Travel regularly within your territory, including Texas and California.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of B2B sales experience.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑oriented.
CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar).
Willingness to travel.
