Practice Management Services
, offering
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), medical billing support, and operational solutions
to independent O&P practices. These services allow clinics to strengthen financial performance while maintaining focus on patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through signed agreements Identify and engage independent O&P practices and healthcare organizations Execute outbound prospecting strategies (calls, email campaigns, networking, events) Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline through proactive outreach Lead introductory and consultative sales conversations with prospective clients Coordinate deeper discovery and solution alignment with internal stakeholders Develop and tailor sales materials, proposals, and presentations Maintain accurate and timely CRM records (HubSpot or Zoho) Partner with operations and leadership to ensure smooth client onboarding Share market insights to refine messaging, positioning, and service offerings
Required Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client-facing roles Experience in healthcare, medical services, or professional services environments Strong communication and consultative selling skills Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities and sales pipelines independently Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) Comfortable with outbound sales and prospecting activity Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings and events
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), medical billing, or practice management services Background in orthotics and prosthetics (O&P) or adjacent healthcare sectors Experience selling into independent clinics or physician practices
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: Starting at $75,000+ (commensurate with experience) On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000–$140,000 (base + commission) Health insurance, paid time off, retirement plan options Mileage and expense reimbursement Ongoing training and professional development support
