Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
to join their national Real Estate Practice Groupin
Chicago, IL. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and file UCC financing statements Assist in preparing and reviewing real estate conveyance and closing documents Coordinate closings of acquisitions, dispositions and financings, debt and equity transactions Manage recording requirements at closing and create and assemble closing books Review title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and other documents in performance of due diligence Qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate's degree and Paralegal certificate required 5-7 years of commercial real estate experience Title and survey expertise required Must have superior client relation and communication skills Experience with large transactions preferred This is a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in the office.
