Traveling Concrete Superintendent
to lead field operations on structural concrete projects.
If you’re an expert in forming systems, rebar coordination, concrete placement, and leading crews on commercial structural work — and you enjoy traveling to new project sites — this is an opportunity to play a major role with a fast-growing concrete subcontractor.

As a Traveling Concrete Superintendent, you’ll be the on-site leader driving safety, productivity, and quality across multiple projects throughout the US.
What You’ll Do
Lead field operations for
structural concrete
scopes on commercial and industrial projects
Direct concrete crews in forming, rebar installation, placement, finishing, and curing
Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and daily workflow to meet production goals
Work closely with GCs, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams to ensure compliance
Review structural drawings, rebar plans, and formwork details with precision
Build and manage project schedules, sequencing work to prevent downtime
Enforce strict safety standards and lead daily/weekly toolbox meetings
Monitor quality control, oversee inspections, and ensure all work meets engineered specs
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance on every jobsite
5+ years of Superintendent experience
with a concrete subcontractor
Strong ability to manage multiple crews and high-production structural operations
Experience with tilt-wall is a plus
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, shop drawings, and engineered lift plans
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
Willingness to travel
