We are looking for a sharp, self-driven

Sr Systems & Integration Engineer

to join our corporate IT team. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes ownership without being asked. You'll be embedded at the center of our technology ecosystem — connecting systems, supporting infrastructure, and helping drive the company's digital evolution across cloud, integrations, and enterprise platforms. Owning the design, maintenance, and optimization of system integrations across the enterprise (APIs, SSIS, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Oracle Integration Cloud) Administering and expanding our M365 environment including SharePoint, Teams, Entra, and Fabric/Power BI Supporting Azure cloud infrastructure and contributing to cloud strategy and governance Managing classic infrastructure including servers, workstations, and general networking Developing and maintaining technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base resources Providing Tier 2/3 end-user technical support for complex systems issues Collaborating with leadership to evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies Required Experience & Skills

5–10 years of hands-on IT experience with broad technical exposure Demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Entra) Azure cloud administration and architecture experience API development and integration management (REST, SSIS, Logic Apps / Power Automate) Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities without close supervision Strong documentation habits and organizational skills Effective communicator — able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders Nice-to-Haves

Oracle Cloud / Oracle Integration Cloud experience Manufacturing or industrial industry background Familiarity with Fabric / Power BI Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred Equivalent work experience considered — we care more about what you've built than where you studied Pay & Benefits
