Digital Product Consultant
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: Initial 6 months contract with extensions
Compensation: $45 - 50 an hour
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to work in US
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Product Ownership
Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation, requirements gathering, development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization
Define product vision, roadmap, and measurable success metrics aligned with business and clinical objectives
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical stakeholders, IT, engineering, compliance, and operations
Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams
Healthcare Domain Expertise
Ensure products align with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA compliance, interoperability, patient data security)
Understand clinical workflows and translate them into scalable digital solutions
Product Development & Delivery
Write and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs
Partner with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality solutions
Data & Performance Analysis
Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics tools
Drive continuous improvement based on user feedback, data insights, and market trends
Client & Vendor Interaction
Work directly with healthcare clients, providers, and third-party vendors to ensure successful product implementation
Support product demos, training, and go-live activities
