Job Description The Director, Value‑Based Care Enablement is responsible for leading the successful performance of Privia Quality Network Central Florida (PQN Florida) in defined value‑based care programs. This includes operating in a highly complex market, across multiple EHR platforms and varied practice models. The leader will maintain and enhance existing physician governance models, ensure processes support meeting cost, quality, and risk adjustment targets, and maintain a connection to the market’s operational leaders.
Accountability for success in value‑based care contracts, including shared savings agreements in multiple lines of business and pay‑for‑performance programs
Use data and analytics to help develop, impact, and monitor the market’s performance
Provide oversight to PQN Florida and our Physician Organized Delivery (POD) designated provider leaders
Take a leadership role in payer joint operating committees
Collaborate with the internal teams on infrastructure development and adoption of new tools and processes
Partner with the sales team in activities requiring VBC representation
Maintain relationships with partner leaders of CINs, IPAs and similar systems in the market
Maintain bi‑directional communication with executive market and corporate leader teams on market performance and trends
Demonstrate excellence in communication; express complex ideas clearly and effectively to a varied audience of physicians, care center staff, and Privia employees
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required; MHA, MBA or advanced degree preferred
5+ years of relevant experience as a leader within healthcare, preferably within the value‑based care space
A proven ability to gain trust and work effectively with providers and their teams
Documented experience in a high‑growth environment and proven ability to develop and implement existing operating infrastructure, including people, processes and IT systems
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining a strong operating organization, reinforcing the mission and culture of an enterprise as exemplified by uniform standards and consistent performance
Strong orientation toward client service, quality, and team building
Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
Salary and Benefits The salary range for this role is $125,000.00–$150,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 20% and restricted stock units. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
Technical Requirements (Remote Workers Only) To successfully work remotely, supporting our patients and providers, we require a minimum of 5 MBPS for download speed and 3 MBPS for upload speed. This should be acquired prior to the start of your employment. Use online speed tests like https://www.speedtest.net/ to verify. Employees who regularly work from home offices are eligible for expense reimbursement to offset this cost.
