Fall Co-op 2026 – Marketing

At Manulife John Hancock, we believe in investing in the future – starting with you. This Marketing Co-Op supports Manulife Global High Net Worth, a unique and rapidly growing global business focused on selling specialized insurance products across international markets.

This role offers hands‑on exposure to B2B global marketing, working closely with a lean, high‑impact team supporting distributors in regions such as Bermuda, Singapore, and other global markets. Co‑Ops will gain meaningful responsibility, ownership of deliverables, and insight into how marketing supports a specialized, high‑net‑worth client base on a global scale.

Position Responsibilities

Support the execution of global marketing activities in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B environment

Assist with the creation, updating, and distribution of marketing materials, including emails, flyers, brochures, and sales collateral

Contribute to the production of marketing communications annually across multiple global markets

Support the upcoming launch of a new website, including updating marketing collateral and assisting with website content and materials

Required Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail

Willingness to work in a dynamic, evolving environment and take on increasing responsibility

Interest in marketing, global business, or B2B marketing models

Preferred Qualifications

Previous co‑op, internship, or academic experience related to marketing or communications

Experience creating or editing marketing materials (emails, presentations, or collateral)

Familiarity with digital marketing, website content management, or UX/UI concepts

Interest in financial services, insurance, or global markets

Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving processes
