
Sales Development Representative

What You Will Do
Hunt for new business through calls, emails, drop-ins, and in-person introductions Attend networking events, industry meetups, job sites, and community groups Convert conversations into meetings and qualified opportunities Run modern outreach campaigns using phone, email, LinkedIn, and AI tools Maintain a disciplined pipeline with consistent follow-up Represent BlueArmor confidently across the Charlotte metro area Who You Are
Outgoing, extroverted, and energized by meeting new people Self-motivated and a true self-starter Enthusiastic, positive, and relationship-driven Resilient, gritty, and committed to long-term growth Comfortable with activity metrics and accountability Confident in a lean, entrepreneurial environment Post-college professional experience preferred Experience and Background

Construction industry familiarity or connections Not Required:
MSP or IT experience (we will train you) Preferred:
Success in networking-driven or relationship-based sales Comfort with AI tools
Role Structure
Hunter role centered on creating, developing, and owning your entire pipeline Approximately 80% field activity, 20% in-office Target clients: 20+ office employees; up to 500–600 in co-managed IT environments Verticals: Construction (primary), plus finance, legal, and general business This role is designed to grow into a Sales Lead or Sales Manager position by year two, including oversight of additional sales hires.
