We are hiring a Regional Sales Director to manage our Northwest territory: Northern CA, Oregon, Washington

Summary As an Individual Contributor, you'll be the face of BASIC in your territory - building and maintaining relationships with independent insurance agents, brokers, and financial professionals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)

3+ years of B2B sales success - preferably in benefits, insurance, or compliance

Experience with consultative/relationship-based sales

Valid driver's license for partner visits
