What you’ll be doing As an Executive Recruiter, you will manage the full life‑cycle of direct‑hire recruiting for mid‑ to senior‑level positions across a variety of clients. Your responsibilities include:
Executing a full‑cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and placement.
Maintaining a balanced book of existing client orders while actively sourcing new business.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure successful placements.
Demonstrating a sense of urgency and the ability to pivot quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
About you
Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years of professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities.
Team‑player with a collaborative mindset.
Technically savvy and interested in learning and implementing new technology.
Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed.
Driven and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Friendly competitive spirit and a winning mentality.
Ability to work in a remote‑based or hybrid model work environment.

Benefits and Compensation Salary range: $50,000 – $70,000 (base). Depending on location, the anticipated salary may vary:
California: $68,640 – $70,000
Colorado: $56,485 – $70,000
New York City, Long Island, and Westchester Counties: $64,350 – $70,000
New York – All Other Locations: $60,405.80 – $70,000
Washington: $77,968.80
