is expanding and looking for a
Recruitment Consultant
to join their specialist team in downtown Austin to be a part of their next hugely exciting phase of growth.
Operating in one of the
fastest-growing and most future-proof markets globally , this business partners with leading Space, Defense, and advanced technology organisations on
retained and committed searches
worldwide.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment processes across highly technical and senior-level roles. This is a
consultative, quality-led environment , not high-volume contingency. You’ll work closely with clients, candidates, and internal leadership while building long-term relationships in a niche, high-demand market.
Minimum 6 months’ experience in a recruitment agency
(any sector considered)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, driven attitude with a desire to learn
Hands-on leadership and mentoring from the CEO
Exposure to
retained & exclusive searches
Global travel opportunities
to meet international clients
Work in a
booming, investment-heavy market

Support from a
dedicated Learning & Development Manager
for ongoing training
