Overview We’re looking for a strategic operator to partner with leadership across Technology, Media, and Facilities to improve performance, drive efficiency, and support key business decisions.
This role sits at the intersection of
operations, analytics, and strategy . You’ll work closely with senior leaders to understand how teams operate, identify opportunities for improvement, and help guide priorities across a large, complex division.

Key Responsibilities Strategy & Execution
Partner with leadership to set priorities and support execution across multiple departments
Evaluate initiatives, projects, and investments to ensure alignment with overall goals
Help leadership make informed decisions by providing clear, data-backed insights
Support long-term planning and organizational strategy
Performance & Insights
Analyze operational and business performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Build simple, effective dashboards and reporting to improve visibility across teams
Translate data into clear recommendations that drive action
Track key initiatives and measure impact over time
Operational Improvement
Identify inefficiencies and recommend ways to improve processes and workflows
Standardize how teams plan, track, and manage their work
Partner with department leaders to improve accountability and execution
Support evaluation of vendors, tools, and external partnerships
Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as a connector across Technology, Media, and Facilities teams
Influence stakeholders and drive alignment across groups with different priorities
Support leadership with presentations, reporting, and key initiatives
Provide guidance to operational staff and help elevate how teams use data
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field
7+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or similar roles
Experience working in complex, multi-team environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders

Ability to simplify complex problems
Cross-functional collaboration and influence
Comfort working with data (Excel, reporting tools, etc.)
