What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Retain and grow the existing account base while acquiring new accounts within the assigned territory

Network with customers both over the phone and in person to build confidence and develop solutions

Manage territory effectively through prioritization of goals and sales opportunities

Attain sales and renewal targets through both in-person visits and phone meetings

Complete weekly sales performance reports and maintain accurate Salesforce.com reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the legal industry

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; JD is a plus

Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques

Excellent communication and closing skills

Ability to work from a home office and travel to customer locations as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales

High level of competency with internet, periodical, and internal prospecting

Proficient database management skills

Ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation

Effective time management skills
