What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Retain and grow an existing account base while acquiring new accounts within assigned territory
Network and partner with customers to build confidence and develop win/win solutions
Effectively manage territory by prioritizing goals, requirements, and sales opportunities
Attain sales and renewal targets through in-person visits and phone meetings
Complete weekly sales performance reports and maintain timely Salesforce.com reporting
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the legal industry
4-year college degree or equivalent experience; JD is a plus
Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) sales is advantageous
Excellent communication and closing skills
Ability to work from a home office and travel to customer locations as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the legal industry or legal publishing
High level of competency with internet and database management
Ambitious self-starter with strong time management skills
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in sales situations
