Our client is a well-established, highly regarded independent agency with a strong presence across New England. They are looking for an experienced
Personal Lines Manager
to join their Needham, MA office and take ownership of a sophisticated high net worth and mid-sized book of business.
This is a great opportunity for a seasoned personal lines professional who thrives in a client-facing role and is ready to step into a leadership capacity within a collaborative, professional environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of personal lines clients, delivering responsive and consultative service
Manage day-to-day account operations including renewals, coverage reviews, endorsements, and insurer correspondence
Prepare and present proposals for new business and renewal opportunities
Mentor and provide guidance to junior CSRs, supporting their development and ensuring consistent service standards across the team
Oversee workflow and quality control within the personal lines department, identifying process improvements where needed
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners and clients alike
Collaborate with producers on new business development initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5-7 years of personal lines insurance experience; high net worth or specialty markets exposure is a strong asset
Massachusetts P&C license required
Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with a polished, client-first approach
Prior experience supervising or mentoring staff is an asset
This is a
hybrid role
based out of Needham, MA, with an in-office expectation of 2–3 days per week.
