Inside Sales Specialist – Teleflora With Mother's Day approaching, Teleflora is busier than ever! We are looking to hire an Inside Sales Specialist. Teleflora is part of The Wonderful Company family since 1979 and has become the world’s largest flower delivery service, with a nationwide network of over 10,000 member florists.

The role will be based in Paragould, AR, but offers hybrid flexibility: Monday–Thursday in the Paragould office and optional work‑from‑home on Fridays. The position is hourly plus commission, with opportunities to increase earnings through contests and performance‑based additional commission. The average annual wage range is $35,000 to $65,000.

Job Description

Maintain full knowledge of Teleflora product lines, services, systems and technology; use internal sales tools, data and reports to maximize sales to both active and new floral customers.

Collaborate with the Inside Sales Supervisor & Coordinator to develop and execute effective selling skills and strategies, including closing sales, addressing objections, understanding buying signals, upselling and consultative selling.

Establish a disciplined daily rhythm of making calls and maintain a steadfast commitment to individual and team targets & objectives.

Exceed personal and team sales targets by effectively managing calls, call time, talk time, close rates and units per sale.

Build rapport and trust with Teleflora’s florist partners and reinforce the brand’s commitment to excellence.

Provide regular feedback, recommendations and insight to the IS Supervisor; participate in daily, weekly and annual meetings and training as needed.

Be willing to work overtime during floral holiday peaks, including nights and weekends, and perform other tasks as required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of experience selling in a call‑center or sales environment with proven phone & sales skills.

Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to multi‑task.

Positive, energetic, optimistic, and open‑minded; thrives in a competitive, fast‑paced environment.

Strong teamwork, communication, emotional intelligence and collaboration skills.

Solution‑oriented, self‑motivated, and comfortable with a dynamic organization.

Basic computer proficiency, including Excel & Word.

Working Conditions

Flexible shift patterns based on departmental needs.

Holiday time off may be restricted due to order deadlines.

Work performed in an indoor office environment.

Potential travel to Teleflora offices, industry events or Territory Sales Manager visits.
