Key Responsibilities Strategic Transformation Leadership
Develop future-state operating models that support scalability, margin optimization, and cross-functional alignment.
Lead cross-functional transformation programs across FP&A, deals desk, and finance operations.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, data-backed decisions, and change leadership.
Digital Enablement & Automation
Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, RPA, machine learning, cloud) to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
Partner with IT to evaluate and update workflow tools that enhance scalability and insight generation.
Ensure data integrity, governance, and accessibility across platforms.
FP&A Modernization
Transform forecasting, budgeting, and performance management processes to improve agility and accuracy.
Lead development of predictive models, scenario planning, and sensitivity analyses to support strategic initiatives.
Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting tools using BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for executive audiences.
Identify and execute process improvement opportunities in partnership with business partners and COEs.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform investment decisions and long-term planning.
Commercial Finance & Business Partnership
Support organic and inorganic growth initiatives through financial modeling and strategic analysis.
Assist with special projects including system implementations, process improvements, and ad-hoc analysis
Create sensitivity analysis and scenario models to support strategic decision-making and risk assessment
Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders by delivering actionable insights, forecasting, and performance diagnostics.
Support pricing optimization, margin analysis, and customer segmentation strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
12+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a strong track record in transformation leadership.
Expertise in FP&A, financial systems, automation technologies, and strategic business partnering.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and financial modeling.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a "big picture" perspective
Hands‑on individual who thrives in fast‑paced environments and drives results through influence and collaboration.
Availability to work in office at least 3 days/week
At IGT, we believe compensation should reflect you—your unique background, skills, experience, and even where you work. That’s why our starting compensation range is $106,250 to $180,000 USD, with room to go higher or lower depending on the full picture. We also follow all local pay laws and collective bargaining agreements, so everything’s above board.
