Director of Finance The Finance Director will be a strategic and visionary leader responsible for managing the financial operations of the country operating unit subsidiary. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and be able to work collaboratively with the leadership team to develop and execute the company's financial and operational strategies.

Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that support the company's growth and profitability objectives.

Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while managing a team of four.

Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and regulatory compliance, including local and international financial reporting requirements.

Lead financial analysis and modeling to support business decision‑making and provide insightful recommendations to senior management on the performance of the business and recommendations for maximizing shareholder return and EBITA.

Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives across customers and brands.

Establish and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.

Manage the company's cash flow and working capital and ensure adequate funding is available to support business operations (receivables and payables).

Provide financial leadership and support to business unit leaders and their teams.

Stay current with industry trends and regulations and recommend changes to financial policies and procedures as needed.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.

3-4 years of experience in a senior finance role

Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis techniques.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data and financial analysis.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.
