About the Role
The Company is in search of a Director of FP&A to play a pivotal role in its corporate finance team. This newly created position is highly visible and comes with broad ownership across FP&A, commercial finance, and strategic initiatives, all aimed at supporting the company's rapid scaling and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional leadership to provide support for strategic decision-making and investment planning, as well as owning the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Key tasks also include building and enhancing dashboards, reporting, and KPI tracking, leading various review processes, and delivering executive and Board-level reporting and analysis.
Applicants for the Director of FP&A role at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' FP&A experience, with a preference for those with a background in SaaS, tech, or professional services. Experience in a PE or VC-backed environment is strongly preferred. The role requires a candidate with at least 3 years' of management experience, strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities, and a proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to senior leadership are essential. Experience with financial tools and technologies such as NetSuite, HubSpot, and various FP&A tools is a plus. The Director will also be involved in M&A preparation, driving automation, and modernization of FP&A processes.
