We are hiring a
Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
to lead financial planning, forecasting, and analytical efforts across the organization. This role partners closely with senior leadership to drive financial insight, support strategic decision‑making, and strengthen long‑range planning.
Responsibilities Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial planning processes Provide executive‑level financial analysis, insights, and recommendations Partner with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives and operational decision‑making Develop and maintain financial models supporting growth, investments, and business initiatives Analyze financial performance, trends, and variances versus plan and prior periods Drive improvements to FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks Oversee and mentor FP&A or finance team members, as applicable Support board‑level and leadership presentations with clear financial narratives Ensure consistency, accuracy, and transparency in financial reporting and analysis
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience Prior experience operating at a Director‑level or leading enterprise financial planning efforts Strong financial modeling, analytical, and forecasting expertise Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and influence decision‑making Experience managing or mentoring FP&A or finance professionals preferred MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus Strong communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills
