Traveling Superintendent – National Construction Program Our company is seeking an experienced traveling superintendent to oversee ground-up and remodel construction projects for a premier, nationally recognized fast‑food brand. This role requires extensive travel throughout the United States (to states like AZ, FL, TN, and more) and strong leadership in managing field operations, subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality. The Superintendent will serve as the on‑site company representative, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with brand standards.

Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Oversight

Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities for ground-up builds, tenant improvements, and remodel projects.

Maintain strict adherence to brand specifications, quality expectations, and company standards.

Ensure all work complies with local codes, permits, safety regulations, and company policies.

Direct and supervise subcontractors to ensure performance, sequencing, and quality of work.

Conduct daily site meetings and coordinate closely with suppliers, inspectors, vendors, and owner representatives.

Verify material deliveries, resolve field issues, and document all changes or discrepancies.

Safety & Quality Control

Enforce and promote a safety-first culture across the jobsite.

Conduct site safety inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented immediately.

Perform quality checks throughout each phase to ensure the final product meets brand expectations.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience as a Superintendent or comparable field leadership role within commercial construction.

Experience with

restaurant or fast-food chain construction

strongly preferred.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Must be able to travel

80–100%

(our HQ is in SE WI, preference to candidates nearby).

Additional Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Ability to work extended hours when necessary to meet schedule requirements.

Professional demeanor while representing the company and client brand at all times.
