$70,000-$90,000 base + Uncapped Commission

Are you an experienced agency recruiter focusing on temporary and contract hires? Do you want to be part of a

significant revenue growth , and now is the time to add an
experienced recruiter
to the team. This is a 360 role where you will
own accounts as well as drive new business . You will also be
supported by candidate sourcers , helping you find the best talent in the market. What makes this role even more exciting are the
career opportuinities . With the Head of the team based in the UK, we are looking for someone to be her right hand creating a
clear pathway to management or a senior billing role . Either way, you will be a mentor and a leader in the team. What You'll Do Prepare to be busy. This is

relationship-led recruitment . Inherit and
grow client relationships
in the FS space. Be a
key member of the team
supporting juniors and taking them on client visits. Build your desk through
new business development . Own the clients you win. Deliver a
consultative, high-touch service to clients and candidates. Contribute to a

(including Business Development). Experience in placing administrative, operations or HR support (highly beneficial). Experience recruiting into financial services (highly beneficial).
