Regional Sales Executive – Southeast - Trade Shows & Events
MetroSeek is a national search and recruiting firm with a niche focus on trade shows, events, and branded environments. We partner with exhibit houses, experiential marketing agencies, and companies that service and sell to the trade show and event space.
We are seeking experienced
Regional Sales Executives
based in the Southeast who can easily travel to the
Orlando and Atlanta markets . This is a remote role focused on managing and growing a diverse portfolio of accounts within the trade show and event industry. We are considering candidates with direct experience in the trade show and event space, as well as those who have previously called on or sold to
exhibit houses, agencies, sign shops, or commercial printers . Position Responsibilities (include but not limited to): Consistently exceed territorial sales targets. Strategize with assigned customers to drive business growth and develop long-term plans. Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Conduct live and virtual customer presentations. Educate clients on the solutions and services offered by the organization. Guide customer requests to achieve successful outcomes. Provide accurate estimates and quotes for customer RFPs and projects. Manage customer expectations to ensure smooth project execution and encourage repeat business. Onboard and develop large accounts. Perform outbound calls to develop new business opportunities. Utilize CRM software to track and manage account progress. Work independently, manage time effectively, and contribute to team morale. Problem-solve and resolve customer issues promptly. Communicate internally with all departments to ensure goals are met. Estimate and quote both custom and standard projects. Requirements: Proven expertise in sales, including communication and presentation skills. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in trade shows, events, or related industries. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Existing relationships within the exhibit industry are a plus. Self-motivated with a passion for business growth. Creative mindset with initiative to identify and pursue opportunities.
