What You’ll Do
Educate and consult with individuals and families on financial strategies including cash flow management, infinite banking, and retirement income planning
Conduct virtual meetings to present tailored financial solutions
Follow up with warm leads—no cold calling
Guide clients through financial products like indexed universal life (IUL), annuities, term life, and debt payoff programs
Use CRM tools to manage client relationships and track performance
Participate in regular training sessions and mentorship calls

Qualifications
Excellent communicator, especially over phone/Zoom
Coachable, driven, and self-motivated
Ability to build rapport and earn trust quickly
Comfortable with remote tools (Zoom, CRM platforms)
Life and Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
