Up to €90 000 base salary + 20% bonus + Company car

is supporting a leading EV charging manufacturer as they strengthen and scale their channel footprint across the DACH region.
They are looking for someone who understands how high power DC charging manufacturers successfully build, structure and activate a serious partner ecosystem. Ideally you come from a business that is already mature in channel development and execution .
This is not a soft relationship role. It is a commercial channel build with clear revenue expectations.
The role: You will take ownership of recruiting, activating and managing partners across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
A genuine mix of business development and key account management:
Identify and recruit the right distributors, resellers and installation partners
Build structured partner business plans with clear KPIs and revenue targets
Create and drive joint pipeline with disciplined deal review cadence
Run QBRs and establish a clear engagement model with priority partners
Join partners in customer meetings and support strategic opportunities
Shape and communicate a compelling commercial story that motivates partners to actively sell
The mandate is simple: work with your partners, build real pipeline and turn partnerships into sustainable revenue.
Requirements:
Background within DC charging or EV infrastructure manufacturing
Experience in a business that is more advanced in channel maturity
Fluent German and English are essential
Proven track record of building and scaling successful partnerships
Strong business and sales acumen .
Very good understanding of margin, partner economics and joint value creation
Structured approach to pipeline management, forecasting and performance tracking
High ownership mentality and genuine passion for building partnerships
