The Account Manager, Media Sales drives revenue growth by managing and expanding client accounts while leading strategic media planning and technical campaign execution across omnichannel platforms. This role serves as a trusted advisor, translating business objectives into data-driven media strategies that deliver measurable performance outcomes. The Account Manager combines consultative selling, analytics, and hands-on campaign management to ensure seamless execution, optimization, and impactful performance reporting. Success is measured by client retention and growth, campaign effectiveness, and overall revenue contribution. Job Responsibilities: Develop and present data-driven media strategies, including audience targeting, channel mix, budget allocation, and performance forecasting. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic guidance and identifying growth opportunities. Oversee end-to-end campaign execution with operations team, including trafficking coordination, measurement setup and pacing. Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and deliver proactive optimization recommendations. Lead performance reporting, including recurring updates and comprehensive wrap reports with actionable insights and ROI analysis. Translate campaign results into strategic recommendations to inform future planning and drive upsell opportunities. Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma/GED (Required) 2-4 years Advertising sales, marketing, consulting or media. Experience working with Ads Products (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Advertising Sales Experience with advertising sales and media account management. (Required) Digital Strategy Understanding of the industry's challenges, a vision for its growth, and a commitment to advancing forward-looking strategies within the marketplace. (Required) Direct Sales Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. (Required) Competitive Analysis Effective organizational, analytical and influencing skills.
