Director of Integration & Transformation

The Director, Integration & Transformation is a key enterprise leader responsible for driving the next phase of the company’s growth. This role leads multiple concurrent integration efforts and oversees enterprise-wide transformation through the centralized Integration & Transformation Office (ITO). The Director provides strategic leadership across the planning, execution, and delivery of all ITO initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and growth objectives. As the primary point of accountability for project execution, this leader drives consistency, governance, and operational excellence. The Director partners with senior stakeholders, guides crossfunctional teams, and ensures initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget through a disciplined, standardized methodology.

This position can be located within any of Greenlight Network's current footprint.

Essential Functions:

Partner with business leaders across Technology, Commercial, Operations, HR, Finance, and Legal to manage interdependencies and ensure seamless crossfunctional alignment.

Define, track, and drive integration success metrics in partnership with executive leadership to ensure measurable value creation.

Support the evolution to a unified business model for the integrated organization, transforming functions to support a scalable wholesale operating model.

Serve as a strategic liaison to senior leadership, ensuring clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution throughout all planning and delivery phases.

Lead daily operations for the Transformation Office as the enterprise command center for integration and change.

Direct Integration Project Managers in delivering merger and acquisition programs that achieve synergies, continuity, and cultural alignment.

Oversee enterprise governance, including reporting cadences, risk management, and executive review structures.

Drive disciplined, standardized execution across all transformation initiatives.

Serve as the senior accountability point, ensuring clear priorities and coordinated execution across the project lifecycle.

Communicate strategic expectations and provide authoritative insight on program status, risks, and milestones.

Optimize enterprise resources and remove barriers to ensure successful initiative delivery.

Maintain accurate, compliant, and accessible project documentation.

Manage risks, interdependencies, and change impacts to protect timelines, budgets, and outcomes.

Build scalable tools, reporting frameworks, and dashboards that strengthen executive visibility and decision making.

Cultivate a culture of ownership, urgency, and high quality execution.

Deliver executive level updates on project performance and required decisions.

Resolve high priority escalations in partnership with operational, construction, engineering, and support teams.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Extensive experience leading complex integrations and enterprise-wide transformations, ideally in telecom or technology environments.

Strong background leading large-scale PMO or transformation o??ices with executive-level visibility.

Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior leadership and external partners.

Demonstrated ability to lead complex, concurrent initiatives within a fast paced, matrixed environment.

Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and recommend actionable solutions.

Proven success driving crossfunctional collaboration, fostering alignment, and ensuring stakeholder engagement

High degree of operational discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering consistent, high quality results.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with enterprise project management platforms.

Demonstrated leadership through influence, coaching, and organizational partnership.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, business administration, economics, or related field required; preference given to advanced degree

PMP certification or equivalent project leadership credential favored.

Minimum 10+ years of progressively responsible project or program leadership experience within telecommunications, construction, operations, or related industries.

Proven track record overseeing largescale, crossfunctional initiatives with significant business impact.

Background in organizational planning, budgeting, financial oversight, and operational analysis.

Compensation: Our job titles may span more than one career level. The annual pay range for this position is $145k - $184k.. The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. While the role can be performed from various locations in the Northeast, preference will be given to candidates based in Baltimore, Pennsylvania/Southern New Jersey and Western New York.
