What You'll Do
Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing and outreach
Educate homeowners on the financial and environmental benefits of going solar
Present customized solar solutions that meet customer needs
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up with prospects and guide them through the sales process
Track territory performance and manage your own pipeline
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with a competitive mindset
Comfortable with door-to-door outreach and face-to-face selling
Goal-oriented with a desire to earn high commissions
Coachable and open to feedback
Sales experience preferred, but not required
