Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid schedule)

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our employees and leaders in driving business success through people‑focused solutions. This role will partner closely with managers to deliver HR initiatives, provide guidance on employee relations, and support day‑to‑day HR operations. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic and operational HR partner to assigned business units
Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Support employee relations matters, including coaching, investigations, and conflict resolution
Assist leaders with performance management, employee development, and engagement initiatives
Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and retention
Support HR programs such as compensation reviews, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle processes
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations
Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of progressive human resources experience
Working knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and employee relations
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Experience supporting managers in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
HR certification (PHR, SHRM‑CP, or working toward one)
Experience in a multi‑location or high‑growth organization
Exposure to change management or organizational development initiatives
