Account Executive

We’re hiring a high-performing Account Executive to own the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to close—within the SMB market. This is a quota-carrying role for driven, competitive sellers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to be rewarded for exceeding targets.

You’ll generate your own pipeline, run demos, and close deals. Top performers will have clear upside through commission accelerators and promotion opportunities.

This position offers a competitive base + uncapped commission with accelerators and a clear path for advancement for overachievers. Great benefits package provided as well.

Location:

Raleigh, NC (onsite during training; hybrid thereafter)

What You’ll Do

Build pipeline through outbound prospecting

Own the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, demo, and close

Consistently meet and exceed quota (meetings, pipeline, revenue)

Manage all activity and opportunities in CRM

Maintain strong conversion rates across the funnel

What We’re Looking For

1+ years of experience closing outbound deals required

Proven ability to hit or exceed quota

Hunter mentality with a track record of self-sourced pipeline

Strong organization and follow-through in a high-volume environment

Clear, effective communication (written and verbal)

Coachable, competitive, and accountable

Experience selling SaaS to SMB strongly preferred
