Our client is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Sales Representative to expand its presence in the Masterbatch & Additives segment. This role focuses on new business development, key account management, and delivering high-performance solutions to plastic processors, compounders, and converters. The position is fully remote, ideally based in Texas or a neighboring Southern state, with frequent travel required across the region.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional sales strategy targeting plastic manufacturers and processors using masterbatch and additive solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with purchasing, engineering, and production leadership at key customer accounts.

Collaborate with global and U.S.-based internal teams to coordinate technical support, product sampling, and field trials.

Maintain pipeline visibility, activity reports, and account data using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Travel frequently for in-person client meetings, site visits, and industry events throughout Texas and neighboring states.

Key Skills

Strong technical sales experience in masterbatch, additives, or compounding.

Proven ability to build trust and drive business with manufacturers, not retailers.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Comfortable working independently in a remote, field-based environment.

Educational & Additional Requirements

2–3+ years of B2B sales experience within masterbatch, colorants, additives or plastics manufacturing.

Willingness to travel daily or near-daily for customer engagement.

Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce preferred.

Organized, self-motivated, and accountable with a strong drive for performance.

Compensation Six-figure base salary plus an annual bonus or optional commission structure based on sales performance. Compensation structure designed to exceed mid six-figure earnings with strong performance.
