Develop and execute strategies for outside sales and business development to increase service reach.

Manage territory accounts and generate leads through proactive outreach.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our healthcare solutions.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.

Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM tools.

Stay informed about industry trends to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to develop new business opportunities and manage client relationships.

Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus.

Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented approach.

Knowledge of healthcare services or related industries is preferred.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
