Axelon is seeking a driven and experienced
Business Development professional with deep knowledge of MSP/VMS programs and contingent workforce solutions
to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how large organizations procure contract talent through
MSPs, VMS platforms, and vendor programs , and who can successfully develop relationships with
program managers, procurement teams, and hiring managers .
You will work closely with Axelon leadership to
expand existing MSP/VMS accounts, develop new client relationships, and position Axelon as a strategic workforce partner
within enterprise staffing programs.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in
sales or business development within the staffing industry
Strong understanding of
MSP/VMS environments (Magnit, Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.)
Experience working with
contingent workforce programs and vendor staffing models
Ability to build relationships with
MSP program managers, procurement teams, and hiring managers
Strong negotiation, communication, and account growth skills
A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for workforce solutions
What you’ll do:
Identify and develop
new staffing opportunities within MSP and VMS programs
Expand Axelon’s presence across
existing vendor programs and client accounts
Build strategic relationships with
MSP partners, procurement leaders, and hiring managers
Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure
high-quality candidate delivery and program success
Represent Axelon in
client meetings, workforce program discussions, and industry events
Support go-to-market initiatives focused on
enterprise staffing and contingent workforce solutions
