Construction Superintendent, Multifamily

This role is built for a Superintendent motivated by long-term impact, ownership, and leadership, not just the next project. You'll lead meaningful multifamily work while positioning yourself for senior field leadership in a growing ESOP-backed organization. Client Details A fourth-generation, employee-owned general contractor with $600M+ in annual revenue and over 200 employees. The firm is known for stability, repeat clients (≈80%), internal promotions, and a long-term mindset focused on developing future leaders, not short-term hires.
