Outbound GTM Engineer (all genders) , you will take responsibility for the
end-to-end setup of qualified outbound pipeline
in the DACH region. This role is
not a classic BDM position
defined by activity or scripts. You will move at the interface of
sales execution, go-to-market systems, and automation
with real influence on pipeline, SQL quality, and learning cycles. Your contact persons for this position are Sophie Glaser, VP Growth & Operations, and Mareike Buzzoni, Head of People & Culture. Your Tasks
You translate our ICP definitions into
concrete, scalable outbound systems
from targeting to enrichment to multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone). You design, operate, and optimize
repeatable outbound workflows and campaigns
with a focus on
SQLs and pipeline value , not on vanity metrics. You actively conduct
outbound calls , qualify leads structured, and identify genuine buying intentions in complex buying environments. You
transfer qualified opportunities
cleanly to AEs and ensure high SQL quality. You
continuously analyze
what works and what doesnt (targeting, messaging, timing, calls) and quickly adjust your approaches. You
document workflows, experiments, and learnings
and play these insights back into sales, marketing, and GTM. You actively shape
how outbound works at TradeLink in the long term . What You Bring
Experience in building and operating
structured outbound or acquisition systems
that scale beyond manual individual work. Confidence and enjoyment in
outbound calling and qualification
phone calls are a central part of the role. Strong judgment in deciding
which accounts have priority and which consciously not . Ability to translate product benefits and operational customer problems into
clear, relevant outbound narratives
for first emails and first conversations. Profound ownership mindset : You take responsibility for results and adjust your approach if something doesnt work. Experience with
GTM, sales automation, or enrichment tools
is an advantage. Contact points with
logistics, industrial
or
operational buying environments . Experience in using
automation or AI
to accelerate learning cycles. High
independence
and comfort with dealing with uncertainty. Very good
