Product Specialist (CAD) (Bilingual – Spanish/English) – Doral, FL (Onsite + Travel)
TempExperts is partnering with a
growing and innovative manufacturing organization
to identify a highly skilled Product Specialist to serve as the technical bridge between sales, production, and customers. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with client-facing impact in a hands‑on environment.
What You’ll Do In this role, you will be the go‑to technical expert, ensuring solutions are accurate, feasible, and aligned from concept through production. Key responsibilities include:
Serve as the primary technical advisor to both internal sales teams and external clients
Provide pre‑sale consultation and recommend tailored product solutions
Review, interpret, and validate technical drawings using CAD software
Calculate costs and support competitive, accurate quoting
Generate and finalize work orders for production
Collaborate closely with manufacturing to ensure designs are production‑ready
Support electrical infrastructure projects including conduit layouts and duct banks
Lead training sessions to enhance the sales team’s technical knowledge
Ensure all solutions meet quality standards and client requirements
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
– fluent in both written and spoken communication
Experience in
technical support, design, or field applications
(construction or electrical preferred)
Strong understanding of
electrical installation, conduit systems, or underground infrastructure
Proficiency in
CAD software
(AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar)
Ability to interpret and modify technical drawings
Strong problem‑solving skills with a solutions‑oriented mindset
Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability and willingness to
travel 2–3 times per week to the West Palm Beach location
