
Peer-to-Peer Marketing Lead Dermatology

About the role
The Immuno-Dermatology (iDerm) Peer to Peer (P2P) Lead is responsible for leading the strategy, development, execution and optimization of peer‑to‑peer educational initiatives that engage the Dermatology healthcare professionals (HCPs) and support brand objectives. They serve as the subject‑matter expert for live and virtual speaker programs, advisory boards, and congress‑related peer engagements, ensuring scientific accuracy, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality execution. The P2P Lead collaborates cross‑functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, Legal, Regulatory, and external agencies to deliver high quality impactful programs aligned with brand strategy, driving disease and product education while strengthening peer‑driven dialogue within the healthcare community. They also oversee program analytics, congress strategy, speaker bureau strategy, and continuous improvement to maximize program effectiveness and reach.

Who you’ll work with
Partner with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance teams to ensure all programs meet applicable guidelines and policies
Collaborate with Sales leadership to align P2P initiatives with field needs and execution
Oversee agency partners and vendors to ensure high‑quality program delivery
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive HCP advocacy within Dermatology
Partner closely with Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance to shape strategy and launch development tactics compliantly
What you’ll do
Lead end‑to‑end strategy and execution of peer‑to‑peer speaker programs, including live, virtual, and hybrid formats
Develop annual and tactical P2P plans aligned with brand objectives and HCP educational needs
Lead congress strategy, planning & management
Manage speaker strategy, including identification, onboarding, training, and performance optimization
Track, analyze, and report program performance metrics to inform optimization and future planning
Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reconciliation
Prospectively identify new opportunities and innovative approaches to enhance market share penetration within target markets and with target customer base
Uncover valuable insights that can be leveraged to guide strategic direction and identify best‑in‑class customer engagement approaches
Basic Qualifications
Overnight travel (approximately 25-30%) required, including weekends as needed
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of progressive pharmaceutical industry experience, including 2+ years in pharmaceutical sales or marketing
Preferred Qualifications
MBA preferred
Dermatology and/or biologic marketing experience a plus
Demonstrates a thorough understanding of Pharmaceutical Regulations and Compliance Guidelines to ensure compliant pull‑through of all initiatives
Demonstrated evidence of proactively identifying issues and opportunities, making appropriate recommendations and/or taking appropriate action, and gaining alignment to execute
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical compliance, regulatory requirements, and promotional guidelines
Strong interdependent partnerships, collaboration, influence & negotiation skills
Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to successfully execute complex initiatives
Experience working with HCP audiences across live and digital channels
Ability to lead and work effectively across multiple functions, stakeholders, and partners
Ability to deliver presentations to groups of all sizes
Excellent written and communication skills
Salary This position’s reasonably anticipated base salary range is $197,000-259,000. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
