Senior Labor Counsel, NLRA & Collective Bargaining

A waste management company seeks a legal professional to handle complex labor law matters and support collective bargaining efforts. You will provide legal advice under NLRA, conduct risk assessments, and manage outside counsel when needed. Six years of experience is required, along with a Juris Doctorate and State Bar Licensure.
