What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Create innovative insights and thought leadership content to address client needs
Conduct in-depth analysis to identify client barriers and propose actionable strategies
Develop and deliver high-value presentations for Gartner events and client briefings
Provide sales support by serving as the voice of the market to enhance client engagement
Mentor junior team members and participate in research innovation discussions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred
12+ years of relevant industry experience, particularly as a CMO or marketing leader in B2B
Extensive experience in developing media strategies and audience validation
Strong organizational skills with the ability to produce high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills with proficiency in presenting complex concepts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in advertising agency roles or equivalent experience in corporate marketing
Subject matter expertise in marketing technology and ad tech landscape
Ability to navigate multicultural global teams and work independently while collaborating effectively
Demonstrated executive presence to establish credibility with stakeholders at all levels
Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
