is expanding its Bay Area tax practice and is seeking a
Tax Senior Manager
to join a high‑growth, high‑visibility team. This role offers sophisticated client work, strong leadership opportunities, and a clear path to advancement within a nationally recognized platform.
What You’ll Do
Lead and review complex tax engagements across a diverse portfolio
Work heavily with
flow‑through entities : partnerships (majority), S‑corps, trusts, estates, nonprofits, and HNW individuals
Manage key client relationships and provide strategic tax guidance
Mentor, develop, and support staff through training and technical leadership
Partner closely with Directors and Partners on planning and tax strategies
Real Estate
(approx. 50% of work)

7+ years in public accounting with strong technical depth
