Senior Sales Executive – Professional Staffing (National / Remote)

Job Summary This is an opportunity for a dynamic, seasoned Sales Executive with 7+ years of professional staffing experience to join a fully remote national sales team focused on driving innovation within the staffing industry. This role is centered on new client acquisition, expanding market share, and delivering differentiated staffing solutions to enterprise and mid-market organizations across the United States.
The Sales Executive will prospect, influence, and close complex sales opportunities while expanding the clients MSP for Direct Hire service model, as well as Direct Hire and Contingent Staffing solutions. This role requires a true hunter mentality with a proven ability to win new business in the professional staffing space.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for: New Business Development
Prospect and acquire new enterprise (Fortune 1000) and mid-market clients across the U.S.
Drive expansion of the clients MSP for Direct Hire model, along with Direct Hire and Contingent Staffing services.
Focus primarily on net-new client acquisition and revenue growth.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial outreach through onboarding and implementation.
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and influence decision-makers at various organizational levels.
Develop strategic account plans to penetrate and expand within target organizations.
Relationship & Market Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers, and key industry stakeholders.
Leverage connections within the Talent Acquisition, Procurement, MSP, and Contingent Workforce ecosystems.
Represent the client at industry events and conferences to strengthen brand presence and generate pipeline.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience selling Professional Staffing services (IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, etc.) to Mid-Market and Enterprise-level clients.
Proven success in acquiring new clients within the Professional Staffing space (experience primarily in healthcare or light industrial staffing will not be considered).
Strong established relationships with key decision-makers in Technology, Finance, Engineering, and related sectors.
Well-connected within the Talent Ecosystem community, including TA leaders, Procurement, MSP, and Contingent Workforce Program leaders.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive and accountability for results.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Minimum Bachelors degree required.
Ability to travel and attend industry conferences 2–3 times per year.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Zoom, Dynamics CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Must reside in the United States.
