Assistant Director - Data/VoIP - Network Infrastructure
Duration: 3 months contract + extensions

Description The position provides support, optimization, administration, and technical documentation for localized hospital sites and/or enterprise network systems. The person in this position will oversee daily support for RightFax and other network technologies. The incumbent performs root‑cause analysis in finding resolution to network system failures or faults. Responsible for managing major projects that impact multiple facilities, clinics, and ensuring the availability of mission‑critical IT services.
Requirements
Hands‑on expert experience in architecture/design, implementation & administration of data/VoIP networks, RightFax enterprise architecture, and mobile carrier/radio carrier systems
Expertise in Cisco technologies including CUCM various versions, Cisco IP Phones, Cisco Unity Connection, CISCO VG224 Analog Gateways, and troubleshooting complex routing/switching issues
Experience with PBX systems, telecommunications infrastructure planning, design, deployment, optimization, and managing 24/7 telecommunications services support for healthcare facilities
Master's Degree in Healthcare, Hospital, Public, or Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior or related field with 3 years of experience (1 year in managerial/supervisory capacity); OR Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience (2 years in managerial/supervisory capacity)
Proven ability to lead network project implementations, manage major projects impacting multiple facilities, conduct root cause analysis, and lead/guide junior network staff
Experience managing telecommunications budgets, vendor relationships, inventory management, and compliance activities while working independently with minimum supervision
