who's ready to own the entire growth engine — and leave a mark on a category. Our client is looking for someone who can hold both sides of the equation: the
art
of brand building and co-marketing partnerships, and the
science
of direct-response performance marketing and scaled a D2C subscription brand from great to category-defining. The Opportunity You'll step in as a true
marketing P&L owner
— with full accountability for acquisition, retention, and LTV — and help drive the next chapter of hyper-growth under PE sponsorship. Big mandate. Real resources. Meaningful upside. What You'll Own The full D2C growth stack: acquisition, conversion, retention, and LTV optimization Direct-response performance marketing
and
brand equity — you won't sacrifice one for the other Core KPIs: CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, churn, and contribution margin A high-impact marketing org spanning performance, creative, and lifecycle Clear, confident reporting to executive leadership and PE sponsors What We're Looking For 10+ years in marketing, 5+ in a VP or above leadership role
(required) Hands-on experience with
DTC subscription models
(recurring, ongoing purchases)
(required) A track record of scaling brands with
P&L accountability and sustainable profitability Deep expertise across paid media, creative, lifecycle, growth, and analytics A
player-coach
who thinks strategically and executes relentlessly Location Based in
South Florida
and offer a
